When ECI Construction Services broke ground on a new Culver's restaurant in Mahomet, Illinois in September 2024, they faced a tight timeline and the looming challenge of winter construction. As temperatures dropped and snow began to fall, the team needed real-time visibility of the site even when weather made in-person visits difficult.

ECI turned to Buildcam for timelapse and live view. Project managers monitored subcontractor activity remotely, verified that crews were following safety protocols and using proper PPE, and tracked each milestone as the restaurant took shape through December and January. The same footage doubled as marketing content for ECI's social channels.
Operation
By mid-February 2025, despite the winter conditions that typically delay such projects, ECI completed the restaurant on schedule and the owners took occupancy as planned. The build stands as an example of how remote visibility and responsive service keep a seasonal project on track.
