A multi-year hospital expansion, verifiable frame by frame.
Healthcare construction operates at a different standard than almost any other build. Every phase must be executed in the right order, in an environment where delays carry real consequences. When UHS broke ground on The Wilson Project, a multi-year expansion designed with Chianis & Anderson Architects, they needed a visual record that would hold up to scrutiny long after the last crew left.

Setup
Buildcam cameras were installed at key vantage points from the earliest phases, capturing the site from preparation through structural work to interior completion at consistent intervals. Rather than static snapshots or written reports, the project team could review construction sequencing in accelerated form, seeing how phases unfolded and how trades coordinated over time.
Operation
When questions arose about prior conditions or installation sequencing, the answer was already in the timeline: searchable, timestamped, and clear. Stakeholder updates that once took lengthy written reports became concise visual summaries that communicated months of work in minutes. The completed record now stands as one of the most durable assets the project produced.
