Weeks of setup. One of golf's grandest stages. On record.
The Ryder Cup is one of sport's most logistically demanding events. Before the first shot at Bethpage Black, thousands of workers spend weeks assembling temporary grandstands, hospitality structures, and broadcast infrastructure across hundreds of acres, all against a fixed deadline. For PGA of America, that transformation was a story worth telling, and one that progress photos and written reports could never convey.

Setup
Buildcam cameras were deployed across the site from the earliest phases of setup, capturing the full evolution of the event infrastructure at consistent intervals. As structures went up and the course was conditioned, the system built a continuous visual timeline of every phase automatically, without interrupting a single crew on the ground.
Operation
The result was a time-compressed record that revealed the choreography: crews, equipment, and structures moving in coordinated sequence, weeks of work compressed into minutes. For PGA of America it became an operational review tool and a marketing asset, and a demonstration that Buildcam performs anywhere a major transformation happens on a deadline, not only on construction sites.
